...did Kristoff ALWAYS know about Princess Elsa's powers? (Well, 'always' as measured from 'since they were both about 7 or 8, which is as long as anyone). When he first discusses it with Anna, how much does she have to explain? He asks why the Queen has gone 'ice-crazy', he has a good idea where the centre of the storm is, but he doesn't ask how the hell the Queen is connected to the weather. He's known that the Queen is a repressed ice-goddess for years. When he followed the royal family into the Troll Valley, he heard them identity the King, and her heard Pabbie address Elsa by name and un-explain her powers (unlike Elsa he had time to ask Bulda at some point what Pabbie might have been talking about.) He heard what the King planned to do for his daughters, though he might not have quite seen the implications at the time. Over the next 13 years, however cut off he was, he must have realised that Princess Elsa and the little girl with ice powers had to be one and the same, and that Princess Elsa was now the Queen. The only contradiction to this is that he doesn't seem to connect Anna with the little sister who Pabbie healed (although it's not as if he was likely to have really been able to see Anna that night.) Well... I don't know.
