“Being an avid F1 fan, my favourite masterclass was with Chris Croning, and because of that session, I got the opportunity to work with Red Bull,” says Rohit Biswas, currently pursuing his Bachelor’s of Sports Management at IISM. 🎓

From volunteering at the Tata Mumbai Marathon to gaining hands-on experience through internships with Soccer Schools of Excellence, Bengaluru FC, DPDL, and Red Bull Moto Jam 🏎️💨, Rohit has explored multiple dimensions of the sports industry.

He reflects on how classroom learning at IISM has played a crucial role in shaping his practical understanding. 📚

Beyond academics, extracurricular experiences like stadium modelling and events such as Junoon and Cognite have helped him build confidence and industry readiness.

We at IISM are incredibly proud of our student, Vanshik Kapadia, who is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Sports Management, for clinching 3 gold medals in Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles at the World Pickleball Championship held in Penang, Malaysia. 🥇🥇🥇

His achievement is a true reflection of relentless dedication, consistent hard work and excellence on the global stage.

"Personally, it was my dream to do Junoon as a president…," said Trusha Chheda from the TYBSM Batch 2023-26 and President of Junoon 2025 🎉, reflecting on her journey at the helm of IISM's student-driven sports management fest 🎓.

Having coordinated the entire core team 🤝 and volunteer students from various batches of IISM, Trusha felt she has experienced event management in its true sense. The planning, the process, and maintaining the passion while bringing it all together is something she cherished!

While she would move on in her career to exciting future endeavours, there's no doubt she's going to retain all the learnings and memories of organizing Junoon this year.

We’re incredibly proud of Kimaya Karle (Bachelor of Sports Science student at IISM) 🎓 — her passion, poise, and spirit lit up Cluj Napoca at the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup (25–27 July 2025)!🤸‍♀️

Kimaya set a new benchmark with a historic 23.000 in the club event, becoming the first Indian rhythmic gymnast to cross the 23 mark internationally in this Olympic cycle! Also, her doll-themed Ball routine blended technical mastery with stunning artistry and gained appreciation on the international platform. 💫

Atif Khan, one of our brightest Sports Management students (MSM 2023-2025) from IISM 🎓, has secured a prestigious job 💼 at Pepbox as a Senior Executive in Operations and Client Servicing ⚙️.

His journey from a sports enthusiast ❤️ to an IISM student and now a competent sports professional 💪 narrates an unwavering story. He never falls short of his dedication and passion for sports, always striving toward his goal.

Kimaya takes the ribbon 🎀 only to win! 🥇

It won’t be overstating if we call her our Golden Girl ✨ of Rhythmic Gymnastics 🤸‍♀️, as she has won Gold medals in every national-level tournament she has participated in. Recently, she secured a Gold Medal 🥇 in the ball event (Rhythmic Gymnastics) at the Khelo India Youth Games 2025 - Bihar, achieving a commendable 3rd place overall.

Not to mention, this is not her first. Over the last 4 years, she has won a total of 7 medals 🏅, consisting of 2 Golds 🥇🥇, 1 Silver 🥈, and 4 Bronzes 🥉🥉🥉🥉.

Moreover, earlier this year, she bagged 2 Golds 🥇🥇 and 1 Silver 🥈 in the National Games of Uttarakhand.

Her love ❤️ and dedication 💪 to her sport never let her return home empty-handed.
