Thoughts create our reality whatever we choose to focus on and where our energy is directed, we attract more of in our life. So it is very important to be mindful on our thoughts and what we our focusing on. I’m not saying it’s easy but with practice and use of affirmations really help with that mindset in a big way as it keeps us focused in the direction we really want to go. It is a tool for aligning your mindset in the direction you want to go. It helps strengthen the connection between your subconscious and conscious mind.
