October got up uncharacteristically early which is great cus I got my first IFit hike of 2026 in!
I refuse to go crazy and overload myself until I burn out (…again) but I do want to note for myself that I need to
1. Work on quad dominance. It’s the only muscle that feels like it’s ever working. I’ll need to remember to do glute activations before starting next time plus get back into glute strengthening since it’s arguably my weakest muscle
2. Alllll the PT knowledge I have stored away needs to come back out (but slowly). My knees collapse inwards when on the elliptical or doing squats, so I need to work out strengthening the outer knee muscles. Easy enough to do, just have to work it into the new routine.
Off to be productive. If the day goes well I may be able to share some food prep I’m doing later :)
