#ifinevertri I will never succeed right. #lifetimeindoortri today was actually my third sprint triathlon and it was a good one. My swim was slow as always - 369 yards in 10 minutes. But once I got my weak element out of the way I was ready to hammer the bike and the run. Started slowly on the run but quickly built up speed and was going well below 7-minute pace near the end, then after dialing it back for one minute, thundered home at sub-6 pace for the final minute.
