I have missed alot of training this summer due to the new company. This was not record-breaking, but at least I am out there again giving it a shot.

Credit to @sabinepetrini : Time2swim - heute mal wieder 3100m mit Intervallen im Becken,sprich 8×50-4×100-2×200-1×400 mit je 100 Lagen dazwischen, denn ... in gut 2 Wochen geht's an den Trumer See, am Freitag Seecrossing 3km, Sonntag dann Triathlon, wo ich auf der Kurzdistanz starte.. Credit to @sabinepetrini : Swim ＋ Run - 3,5 und 7 km, bei super Sommertemperaturen, sprich im See 27 Grad, draussen 34 Grad Celsius.
