You can set up this kuzhambu with vegetables like brinjal, chow, pumpkin, bitter gourd, drumstick, broad beans; however, in this recipe, we have used mixed vegetables to prepare this kulambu.

3.11.18 🍛 Stopped by an Indian restaurant for some late-morning food and had some idlis (fermented rice cakes), medu vada (fried lentil donut), along with sambar, tomato-onion chutney and coconut chutney. Delicious! I loved the vada especially, so crispy and piping hot 🤤
