Okay, so I was crossing the street with the pedestrian signal activated, and no less than three cars still tried to turn right while I was in the crosswalk. One of them (who would have hit me had I not stopped) yelled "It's a green light!" at me as she turned. (No, it wasn't a green arrow - even if the intersection had one, it wouldn't have been lit along with the pedestrian all-clear.)

Shouldn't any cop seeing this just pull this fuhktard over and take their license?

Unless this was a glancing blow from a meteor.

That groove is pressed in maybe 1/2" deep, similar to what the iceberg did to the fecking Titanic.
