You can see from the description that the deck creator wrote that yes, you are going through a change and this job is new. I would allow this new job to become a rebirth for you. Remember what made you make this change and don't let yourself fall into what made that change necessary. But on the other hand remember what was good about the old job and see if you can bring those elements to this one. Let the things you have learned influence this change and be the nutrients in the soil for growth. There is a lot of good potential here but you get to shape it and prune or plant what you want.
