Hmm... It's a bit hard to explain, but they're not your usual mind systems. They're more like the bamboo rat system in Cheating Men Must Die (one of my favorite revenge fantasy manhua btw) but also not quite.

System 008 and 143 are bound by the Main System, which places restrictions on them. They can only assist using their own unique cheating tool and system mall items. While they are technically systems, they're more like your partner and assistant during missions.

When you're inside the Bureau, the system stays in your mind. But when you're in a mission world, they take on the form you've chosen for them so you can see them, but the characters inside the mission world can't.

They are Pop n' Berry! Their names are Berrina, Banyanyan Melorina! According to the Sanrio wiki, the fruit shaped ears on their heads would react to their emotions. They're so Power Puff Girls coded and I think its so cool! I love a trio of color coordinated girlies its so cute ugh. AND of course, they're fruit themed! That makes it even better
