she's just kind of. always been there. when shitty and jack show up to the haus for the tour their freshman year, the seniors are like "oh yeah that's sriracha, she's been around since we were freshmen too." she's of indeterminate age, brownish with stripes, looks like a tough street cat that got too used to having human scritches and became a little fat and lazy. she has a chomp taken out of her left ear and they think she might be going a little blind by the time bitty moves in. she's kind of mean if you don't know how to handle her (gently, letting her come to you, never being too forceful with her) and sometimes she'll just bite you for no reason.

bitty, not used to cats (he grew up with dogs and bunnies and chickens), doesnt know what to make of her at first. she absolutely LOVES jack and he feels like maybe that's a Sign that they won't get along (mostly it's because jack is the quietest and stationary for long periods of time while he's studying so she can sit in his lap). but they slowly warm to each other, and he figures out that she really likes homemade treats and laying next to the oven or fridge for warmth while he's baking. she also loves the catnip shitty grows for her and will zoom around the house yowling and being a menace whenever bitty is trying to film a vlog.
