Left: the thawing/re-awakening/birth of Strange Daughter.

Middle: tries to resemble a human; ends up creating an accidental cult. Or, like, a cult just forms around her.

Right: ritual gone wrong; or, unable to restrain the beast; or, the hunger continues to grow. She eats some of the humans in her cult and becomes more grotesque in the process.

Lizzie sighed as she put her phone on her nightstand, it was late and she needed to get up tomorrow. Her family wanted to have a day out and she knew they would be at her door bright and early.

Looking at her ceiling she sighed yet again, the quiet of the night filling her dorm room. She had opted for a singular room but now she almost wished for a roommate, as her thoughts threatened to keep her awake.

It was true, she did harbor feelings for the captain of the swim team, she had ever since she first laid eyes on him and they only grew as she became his friend, but she felt like she would never be in the same league. She had seen the girls that flocked to him, and the girls he brought to parties and bonfires...She was not like them.

They were mini skirts and crop tops, she was long skirts and sweaters. While their faces were perfectly painted with makeup hers was painted with..well...paint. She was not the popular girl by any stretch of the imagination and honestly she didn't want to be, she just wished she could be seen by the right guy...By him...As maybe more than a friend.

Turning over she sighed once more, closing her eyes and hoping that sleep would take her soon.
