The Sun Studio sessions that were so groundbreaking with the Tennessee Two had something a little different going on. He would take a card and weave it into the strings like this, okay like that, and then he would kind of use it as a percussion instrument because they didn't have a drummer.ย

So with Johnny hitting on his guitar like that, this kind of acted like the snares that would be hitting against the underside of a snare drum. Some people would call this style of guitar playing sock guitar. You can do the same thing without a card, or you can make some chords, but the focus is on the texture of the pick going across the strings but having that card in there gives it an extra sizzle.

Yeah. That youtube channel you used when you broke your washing machine that one time. This thing is an AMAZING resource making a series of short videos organized neatly into playlists, by experts in their field. Easy to watch and understand, as of July 13 2020, heres are some of the playlists on their homepage:

(the answer is that a child can learn to function, but no, not really. they use words like "normalized" and "mainstreamed" addressing parents without criminalizing them. Though I am not qualified to defend this stance, watch the video yourself)
-Memory techniqueques: Why can't I remember what I study? How to improve your memory
-Dealing with jealousy and infedelity
-Sexy butt workout
-how to make bread
-how to make cocktails
-reading tarot
-Personally, I'm using it to learn accents and voices, which I want to get under my belt as a proformer.
And there's so much more.
Now, I ADORE open and simple sources of information, and I appreciate howcast a lot. Many of their video titles sound biased "How to tell if my girlfriend is a psycho" followed by the male version, but that is exactly what people in need of help will search for. So here's to learning. ๐ป

Please don't take howcast's pet care advice. In their hermit crab video they show the crab in a pretty small container and hermit crabs need 4-5 inches of sand to molt in and they need to be in a humid environment, which could not be provided in that container they also showed painted shells which are not safe for hermit crabs because the paint chips will flake off and will either go in the shell and irritate the crab or the crab will eat the paint chips and die also they said you can use gravel as a substrate, that's a big no no, hermit crabs need beach sand they cant molt in gravel and not being able to molt is really stressful to it. Also in the leapord gecko video the guy said they can live in a 10 gallon and they need sand as a substrate and a heat lamp Which is all faulse information I'm not a reptile expert but i think a 10 gallon is too small, leapord geckos don't live in a sandy environment so they don't like sand and it can probably stress them out and heat lamps are not good because leapord geckos are nocturnal and do not like being out in the sun it stresses them out.
