But why does no one talk about Hotel Hell???
The absolute gall of some people
We have this reocurring guest that comes in every weekend around 10-11 (check in is 3:00) demanding a specific room and only that one. She goes and finds house keeping to let them know, bribes them with $20 tips. She (and her boyfriend) also complain about anything and everything she can, including someone opening the dryer they were using in hopes of getting their dollar refunded. We have a sign in our laundry that clearly states not to leave laundry unattended. Not our fault at all.
She tried to extend her stay in a king room for 2 more nights and unfortunately, our Kings are fully booked for the second night. I inform her of this and she flips out (calmly but this woman is just terrifying to me.) She accepts the one night and informs me she will be speaking with my manager in the morning. There is absolutely nothing we can do about that.
To top it off, she always smells like weed when she comes to the desk and the entire back hallway smells like it when her and her boyfriend stay here.
