Im now on my fourth month on ssris and slowing leaving the benzos honestly im soo glad i got a diagnosis and medication it saved my life from GAD and SH i feel "normal" and "functional" omg is so nice not to have nauseas and shivers every fucking time and worries of ur heart racing and dying from a heart attack when u go out like people dont know how happy i am of being on meds after 5 years of "its normal just calm down" also getting an official diagnosis helps so much to know tf is going on on my head

(I restarted them without thinking anything of it after 2 weeks of not taking them and ive been experiencing orthostatic hypotension for the past few days ive been actually consistently taking the meds)
