I'm really proud of me lately. Instead of 3-5 days of exercise, I'm getting 5-7. What's more, I'm actually enjoying it. It's become my "me" time. That 30-60 minutes a day where no one bothers me, I don't have my phone, I can binge watch Netflix or listen to whatever playlist I want. I feel my body changing and burning and that's super satisfying.
With a goal of 2 pounds a week, the progress is slow going, but going we are. Sunday I weighed in at 165. Officially 6 pounds down in three weeks. I've got a goal to eat less than 1200 calories a day and work off 300 of those.
Travel days are tough for sure. Sunday I had Taco Bell and Monday was Burger King. But even with those bad days, IF I go over 1,200 I never go over 1,500 and I shoot for a minimum workout of 400 calorie burn. After all that, today I ate 917 calories but burned a little over 300. It's crazy, but I'm not hungry.
Right now I'm exhausted! I added the squat challenge for July so my legs feel like jelly. But none the less, I'm trucking along.....
