Guys, I made it!! I'm so proud of myself now 🥺✨
It looks very nice and comfortable, a little bit tight on me because I have a lot of hair, but he shaves his head so I think it'll be fine.
Also, my mom said it looks beautiful ❤️🩹

The crochet hook case is finally here!!!
This is my very first crochet project. I made it using two different yarns: Barroco nº 4 (the grey one) and Duna (the green one), both by a Brazilian brand called Círculo. Using the 3.0mm hook. And, it took me about 3~4 days to finish. [you can find the project diary here and here]
crochet hook case [part 1]
I decided to exercise my independence and choose an project to do outside the classes. I decided for this crochet hook case, and honestly, I was planning just follow the tutorial, but something happened in the middle of the process.
First of all, I noticed why and how tension is something very important in crochet. Also, now I think crochet is a mix of technique and self-knowledge.
When I posted these pictures at crochet community, talking about the difference in hook size, someone told me that most of the projects indicates the hook size we should use, and this is tottaly true BUT according to my two cents' worth of experience (I've only been learning to crochet for a week), it means absolutely nothing if I don't know how my own crochet works.
New experience coming 🧸🧶✨
I never thought about making amigurumi, but Sanrio released a collab with Círculo (a Brazilian brand) and I had to buy it. It's a Hello Kitty amigurumi with three outfit options and the kit comes with everything you need + videos to learn how to make it.
The yellow shirt weren't my first choice, but the one I wanted sold out very quickly. As it's apparently a limited edition, I'm thinking of buying the others too.
I'm finally done with my granny square bag!! It was my March crochet project and I finished right in time. To be honest, this month I started other two projects and maybe that's why I took so long to finish it.
It also was the first time I made granny squares and I think they're very nice but not my thing. I made then with twine (Barroco n.4/Círculo) and the lining is non-woven fabric, sewed with the same white twine.

Dear diary,
The vintage yarn box I bought has finally arrived. My mom looked at me like I was crazy.
There's a lot of wool that I can use to make clothes, but there's also a lot of tapestry yarn.
Honestly, maybe it's uncomfortable, but I don't think there's a yarn police that's going to stop me in the street and give me a penalty if I use tapestry yarn to make a bag or anything else.
Of course, I may me wrong and use tapestry yarn to make other things than tapestry may be a bad idea.
Using my work hours to work on something else 😶🌫️
Just a little mistake.
