A massive projection honoring Ozzy Osbourne lit up a building on Houston/Bowery last night, reading “RIP Ozzy Osbourne 1948–2025.” The Prince of Darkness, a pioneer of heavy metal and lead singer of Black Sabbath, passed away at 76.

As we celebrate today. We take a moment to remember Battalion Chief Morrison & Frank Harwood, who senselessly lost their lives this week in Kootenai County, Idaho.

They were shot responding to a wildfire call that turned out to be an ambush.

Firefighter Tysdal has been fighting for his life, suffered spinal trauma & is now stable.
