It looks as if Atlas isn't carrying anything heavy at all. The box he carries is large, and his eyes are barely able to see over the top of it, but his muscles do not strain.
He sets it on the counter with a heavy 'thump' showing that it was indeed quite heavy. And for a normal person, yes. The box is loaded with large books. Magical texts.
Atlas does not deal in such manuscripts.
He looks around before seeing a young man, his eyes narrow as he looks at them.
"I'm looking for the owner of the store. Are they here? I have a delivery for them."
"I have a cheeky question for these boys. Have Billy and that blond cutie, Bobby, ever hooked up? And would you like to talk about it over cocktails on my yacht?"
"We've fooled around a couple of times but usually it's when we're having threesomes," Billy started, smirking knowingly.
Bobby continued with an eager air, "So why don't we skip the cocktails and go straight to discussing it while making out around your cock?"
"Mr. Castle, Sir... What would you do if someone you know was being bullied? But, like, regular bullying, not like shoot em up bullying or something all deadly like that... Just. You know. Like the adult version of getting your lunch money taken every day. How would you handle that? Or would you just let that someone handle it themselves?"
He was far from the best man to ask for that type of advice. The last time he answered that sort of simular question his son was being bullied by kids on the street because of him. By the end of it his son was beat up but happy knowing he kicked the other kids ass harder than he got his own beat. A narrowed gaze through one eye as he looked at him.
He wouldn't sugar coat it for him. He was innocent. But if this adult happens to be a criminal he'd kill them weather it be harmless 'bullying' or not.
"You're an adult. One such is life you need to take care of the bully yourself. Kick his ass a bit. Show him you mean business." He said as he took a shot of whiskey. Slalling the glass back down on the countertop. "You ask me about that..? There's two options. Walk away. Or show the castard who the real boss is. But if I hear anything about you killing him. You'll get it." He stated with a gruff tone that didn't falter.
Christmastime Again: Mad x Henry
@holygroundscafe
It started off with simple things affecting Mad's living space. Clothing that would come out of the wash red or green or gold that hadn't been before. Then a spell kindle wrapped as though a holiday gift.
Mistletoe in random corners of the room.
And on a fateful Thursday, his fireplace went out and there was a thud. And suddenly, there were feet wearing Carhart boots sticking out of the bottom.
"Well this is new-" Henry said curiously. "Umm- hello? Does someone have wards on this fireplace? Could you take off the wards please? I'm not a fan of tight spaces."

@holygroundscafe (for Milo)
The downtime between finishing the last job and accepting the next was simply divine. In this equilibrium state the mercenary had just about enough money to indulge in all sorts of activities to forget about how he earned his money in the first place and trick himself into the delusion he'd never let anyone buy his loyalty and services again.
It was all rinse and repeat though. Deep down he knew it. Which was why he chose to drink all by himself and not at the bar where most of the other patrons hung out. He didn't deserve good company. But he wouldn't shush away the handsome stranger who'd taken the seat next him. Tom was weak after all. Indulgent.
"Oi," that was an acceptable greeting in his book, "Shouldn't you hang out in nicer places?"

“H-hello,” Billy said, his voice shaking with nerves. He’d never been so nervous in all of his life and Captain America was a legend; everyone knew who he was before meeting him. But now they were going to be face-to-face - Billy felt like such an outsider compared to these people that had known Steve Rogers since he came out of the ice.
“Steve? Cap... Mr. America?” Billy shook his head. Raven curls of hair bounced before his closed eye as he pinched his lip in between his teeth. Idiot.
“I know this is going to sound... I actually don’t know but, my mom told me to look for you. If I couldn’t find her or my dad. She said you and Clint were the only family she could trust. Something about Tony locking her in her room. Oh, and...”
Billy twirled his fingers with a simple gesture. As if they were born to mimic the movements of his mother as if he had spent days practicing until he could mirror Wanda’s every twist and bend in perfect unison, even if there was no one else around but himself. His mother would do this too whenever she got nervous about something important. It felt right. It made sense. He didn’t need to think about it much more than that, and so he did just that.
“You’re Steve Rogers?” The silence stretched on for several long moments, where Billy wasn’t sure whether he should say anything more or wait for an answer. Eventually, he lowers his hand, squeezing the glowing energy that crackles between his fingers.
"Hi. I'm William, Billy Maximoff."
