Why do we wait til we hit rock bottom to change? Did I really need to crash my hypothetical car into a hypothetical brick wall before I made a change? No. But often itโs what forces us to open our eyes and take action. Do you wish to go through that again? Probably not. Are you ok with the eventual outcome? You survived. Thankful for it even? Maybe . Did it make you stronger on the other side? Most often yes. But do I wish I acted sooner? ALWAYS yes. If you donโt feel aligned with the path you are on (ie: stuck in a relationship you know needs to improve or end, are on a career path that doesnโt suit you anymore, are feeling โfineโ, youโre not depressed, but youโre not happy...etc), you donโt have to wait for it to get worse to change. You can put your hands on the steering wheel at any time. Get out of autopilot. Reach out. Starting is the hardest part, but Iโm here to support you when you are sick and tired of being sick and tired. ๐ธ: I mean, technically and quite literally I hit rock bottom here...no? No??
