Hahahaha The painting process went something along the lines of, 'oh shit, this is amazing!!....Omg am I blind??? This is horrible!....woah, why am I so kickass....fuck this, I should quit painting now, to- you know what, this isnt actually that bad!' Lol does anyone else struggle with this! Gah! Its emotionally draining! it's still not how I want it but sometimes the best thing a person should do is to just put the brush down and move on and that's exactly what we are doing here. Another work in progress. Conceptually, this started off the same as previous post “The Birth of Water” 💧 I’ve been learning a quicker version of the mischtechnik, this was the other painting I have been working on in the same process, at the same time. Because you can learn a lot more at a faster rate if you work on more than one painting at a time (at least in my experience, I highly recommend people who are learning painting or drawing to be focussed more on the beginning of a work than bringing it to its completion...)🎨 . However this one evolved by itself, metamorphosis, and my thought processes surrounding what is happening in this painting has changed a lot.. I feel this is the emergence of sound in the world... where there was once chaos, water brought order, but sound - music - brings harmony, beauty, transcendence. 🎼 “A real piece of art, is a window into the transcendent.
