I had a dream where I said to someone “Too many teeth is better than not enough” which was a totally poetic way to summarise something I was dealing with at the time, which required me to set some boundaries. JP once said “Harmlessness does not equate to morality”, I think lots of women can relate to the need to ‘grow teeth’ and learn how to use them. The consequence of not doing this, is drowning in resentment. An experiment in texture, this turned into a cathartic piece about facing difficult emotions. “Growing Teeth” 2020.
