1. graduated from college on May 13, 2012. this is weird.
2. began insanity again! haven't been insane in 2 days.
3. long steady/short fast paced runs will begin tomorrow. i've decided that workouts from here on out will primarily consist of running 3-5 days a week, insanity abs 3-4 days a week after runs, and the actual insanity routines on my days off of running. [it'll be every other day running/insanity]. sundays, at this point, will be recovery days.
4. decided, for the better, that processed sugars will no longer be a part of my diet - aside from dark chocolate and moderate cookie consumption when made available. [let's be realistic: my monthly visitor, susie as my best girl friends and i fondly refer to her as, gets what she wants when she's in town]. this will prove to be difficult but so worth it!
5. i'm excited to re-focus on fitness, strength, and health now that school is out of the way.
