Ooooohhhh, fun...okay caveat for all readers, I have only read the second run, and some parts of the first that were popular enough to get posted on tumblr. 

Favorite character: KATE!!!

Least Favorite character: Noh Varr. I don’t mind him much, I just like him less than everyone else.

5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): (1) Thinkfast. Tommy is my second fave and I love everything about him being loved and getting to make a home after being sold out by his parents for being a mutant. (2)Amerikate, natch. It’s excellent.  (3) Billy/Teddy. Babes. (4) Kate/Tommy/Eli. I just want everyone to love Tommy (5) Tommy/Kate/America. I said it and I meant it, though I think that Tommy and America would be mostly platonic. 

Character I find most attractive: America <3 <3 <3

Character I would marry: Kate or David. Kate is a disaster, but she tries so hard at everything, and she leads her team well, so she’d probably be great at marriage. And David is caring and funny, and also the smartest guy on the team. He would probably know everything about having a mortgage and fixing stuff and making sure that the electric bill gets paid. I would be taken care of and I would learn.

Character I would be best friends with: Probably Teddy, b/c he’s the kindest. But I would also love to be friends with Kate, because I love her personality, and I want to see how she and Clint create massive train wrecks all the time.

A random thought: Make Kate cannonically bisexual!!!!

An unpopular opinion: Billy needs to prioritize Tommy more than he does. The whole team does actually. This kid has no family unless someone steps up, and he’s just not included enough by the writers or the other characters (whose actions are dictated by the writers, I know). 

My canon OTP: I guess Billy and Teddy? Because they’re the only ones I listed who are offically canon. 

Non-canon OTP: Thinkfast. 

Most badass character: America Chavez. There is no other. 

Pairing I am not a fan of: Tommy and Noh Varr. I don’t know where it came from, and even though I don’t mind Noh Varr that much, I don’t want to see him with any of my babies until he’s dealt with all of his baggage that made him break up with Kate. 

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): Screwed up??? No one that I can think of. Screwed over? Tommy. Make his team love him and make him deal with his messed up childhood.

my favorite female character: mj, i love her so much <3 <3 <3 her growth, her strength, her flaws, she’s just such a wonderfully fleshed-out character. more mj in everything please

my favorite male character: peter. probably. idk, i also love harry and flash a lot. and miles 

my favorite book/season/etc: what’s a season of a comic book? a writer’s run? because i like the work of jms (except for sins past and one more day which were BAD but the early stuff was good, he gave us high school teacher peter and aunt may learning his identity and a lot of other good content + i like his peter voice a lot). also spider-man into the spider-verse which is my favorite spidey adaptation  

my favorite episode (if its a tv show): SO MANY ARCS/ISSUES! ok, i love kraven’s last hunt and spider-man blue and the green goblin harry stuff and the main arc with mj’s father (i can’t remember issue numbers for that one but it’s quality, so much mj development) and also anytime the college five interact

my favorite cast member: andrew garfield is my favorite live-action spidey so him i guess??? 

my favorite ship: peter/mj/harry/gwen is the ultimate otp

a character I’d die defending: mj for sure (and also gwen though she gets less hate so less need to defend her)! my least favorite thing about the spidey fandom was/is how toxic the character hate was, people were so big on hating mj or gwen and it’s - THEY WERE FRIENDS!!! CLOSE FRIENDS! STOP HATING ON THEM (AND START SHIPPING THEM INSTEAD)!

a character I just can’t sympathize with: otto octavius in the superior spider-man arc. i don’t care how much you want me to sympathize with him, dan slott, i feel nothing for him  

a character I grew to love: flash!!! at first i only knew him as the bully because that’s all he is in most adaptations but then i learned more about him and his backstory, and saw how he grew and he’s just so good. also agent venom is a fantastic series

my anti otp: sp*deypool, i hate very few ships with a burning passion but this is one of them

my favorite female character: SELINA MY SMALL SCRAPPY THIEF LOOKING FOR A HOME AND BEING LOYAL TO HER FRIENDS WHILE ALSO SPORTING A SHARP TONGUE AND A BUNCH OF ISSUES ABOUT BEING CLOSE TO PEOPLE <3 <3 <3 also honorable mention to fish mooney who is a queen and an icon

my favorite male character: oswald. he’s awful and i love him for it. also mad respect for his ability to claw his way up no matter how often he gets knocked down 

my favorite book/season/etc: hmmm i think season 2 was my favorite? it was more interesting than season 1 (though it lacked fish, so that was a big weakness) and unlike later seasons, it was relatively strong throughout 

my favorite episode (if its a tv show): y’know, i have a lot of favorite moments but i’m not sure i have a single favorite episode??? i love the finale of season 1 but that might just be because of fish, and i love the episode where bridgit first becomes firefly but i only remember that part of the plot, i have no idea what the other characters were doing so idk 

my favorite cast member: don’t know them well enough to say 

my favorite ship: ed/oswald and selina/bruce are both excellent

a character I’d die defending: selina

a character I just can’t sympathize with: ed probably. i love him and his riddling and his dramatic flair, but also i feel zero sympathy for him 

a character I grew to love: harvey, for sure. i came into the show having seen bullock on batman the animated series and i hated him there so i was fully prepared to hate him here too. but over time, his loyalty to jim and the fact that he has some of the funniest lines turned me around

• get randomly assigned as your lab partner for a whole semester:

Bruce, because we’d get excellent grades, and I think that I’m patien enough to deal with his moodiness, and need to control everything

• get trapped with on a broken elevator for ten hours

Probably Diana? She’d be really impatient and determined to get out at first, but after she realizes that we’re in there for the long haul, she’d probably be really good for conversation. Also, I bet she’d love to see pictures of my niece and nephew. 

• get as my employee trainer for my new job at McDonalds

fire; from my b99 zombie au where jake and holt were in florida when the zombie apocalypse hits. i cut out some editing notes because this isn’t quite finished but here we are

Amy runs down the streets pursued by ten zombies. She turnsto fire back at them and while she hits one, the others take the chance to chargeand grab her. She falls to the ground, screaming, buried beneath nine zombies.

And all he can do is stand there, useless, and howl hername.

Jake wakes with a jolt, limbs scrambling to do something, anything, that can save her. His fingersrake through the dirt – oh, he’s on the ground, when did that happen, and where’shis gun – and then he remembers.  For amoment, he just lies there and stares out into the darkness, heart hammering inhis heaving chest, mouth half-open.

There are no zombies here.

Amy isn’t here either.

Because Jake Peralta is not in New York City, he’s in theoutskirts of Philly with Captain Holt, a backpack filled with as much food andammunition as he can carry, and enough guns to blast a hole through the undead.

Funerals are for the living.

That’s all Gwen can think about as she stands and watchesher casket disappear into the ground. She’s not supposed to be here.

But she is.

She studies the faces of the people present. Traces theirgrief with her eyes. Her mother trying to stay strong for the boys, tearsrolling silently down her face anyway. Her brothers in varying degrees of grief withSimon just barely stifling his sobs. And Peter. Still and stony.

sun; i didn’t want to do the same fic twice but sun doesn’t show up in anything else except some really old stuff that will NEVER see the light of day so have some more zombie au:  

“Amy! Amy!”

And for a moment, Jake forgets to be quiet. He forgets thatthere’s a zombie apocalypse around them, that he’s supposed to stay cautious atall times to avoid attracting attention, that he’s spent several long, restlessdays driving and fighting and not sleeping enough to get here.  

Because Amy Santiago is standing on the street, her hairpulled back into a ponytail, the sun framing her like an angel, a shotgun inher hands. He runs, long legs taking him past corpses and cars, and Amy turnsat the sound of his voice, sees him, starts running and calling his name –

the character i least understand: i don’t understand isabella and how calmly she accepts nygma’s past but then she’s a poorly written character, introduced solely to be a plot device rather than an actual character so 

interactions i enjoyed the most: i enjoy a lot of them but i’m going to choose fish and penguin because all their interactions are just so intense. they’re both very talented and it shows because every scene between the two of them is mesmerizing to watch

the character who scares me the most: while not technically the scariest (i think the court of owls and the way they control all of gotham is terrifying as an idea - then there’s fish who is just a very intimidating presence, especially now that she has powers on top of her already cunning mind), i would be most scared to meet jerome or jervis or that serial killer from season 1 because they’re far more likely to kill someone for no particular reason/some twisted reason 

the character who is mostly like me: i don’t feel like there’s anyone like me but i suppose alfred is the closest.. maybe? dry sense of humor, protective, willing to help the people he cares about to a great extent. eh, not perfect, but i’m not sure i’m like anyone  

hottest looks character: lee <3 she’s beautiful

one thing i dislike about my fave character: selina always pulling back and lashing out when anyone starts getting too close, often in cruel ways. i understand why she does it though. and she’s starting to trust more and i’m proud of her for it

one thing i like about my hated character: i hate the mad hatter but i love the whimsy in his rhymes/that newspaper hat and he’s got his interesting points as a villain

a quote or scene that haunts me: not sure i’d say it haunts me exactly but a scene that sticks out in my head and that i keep coming back to even thouh it’s all the way back in season 1 is when fish takes down sal maroni. here fish is in the moment of her victory and maroni keeps disrespecting her because she’s a woman (”but hey i’m just joking around” he says, rolls his eyes at his buddies) and a moment after he promises not to call her babes, he makes another joke and she just shoots him. it’s amazing

a death that left me indifferent: galavan, both times. by the time he was brought back, which wasn’t that long after his first death and i was watching the episodes within days of each other on dvd, i didn’t recognize him which says just about everything there is to say lol

a character i wish died but didn’t: i wish the mad hatter had died instead of alice :( she deserved a chance at happiness and he deserves death
