If we lived in a sane / rational universe, than the Tales of Arcadia series would have an absolutely massive crossover fandom with Gargoyles, on par with or honestly even surpassing the size of dc x dp.
I mean seriously think about it, Urban Fantasy stories with magical creatures that turn into stone, wizards, an add mixture of several cultures mythologies but especially a bunch of Arthurian mythology, and really interesting adventures interspersed with lots of really cool sci-fi.
It's an insanely natural combination / good fit and I really don't understand why it isn't a thing.......... Other than the fact that these days Gargoyles is a criminally underrated show and that way more people on Tumblr need to get into it.
(if you wanted to make it extra spicy you could honestly throw in Disney's Atlantis and Hellboy. Mike Mignola did the art / character designs for Atlantis and cancelled spin off show for it would have been set in the same universe as Gargoyles. GDT's Hellboy movies, especially the second one have a lot of elements that fit Tales of Arcadia, like the Troll market, the Elves and the Golden Army, the Forest Elemental. Also Also Hellboy is the heir of Arthur in the comics so throwing him in the mix of Trollhunters' Merlin, Morgana and the Green Knight stuff could be really fun.)
I hope at some point there is a Mignola/Gaiman crossover at some point in my life
