Any date with Doflamingo is always planned out to the smallest detail. He loves spoiling you, and a lunch date is no different. He will have the finest food prepared for the two of you and heāll make sure nobody even dares disturb the two of you. Itās his rare private time with you and other people have no business there.
If someone does disturb said lunch date, theyād better have a damn good reason because their life is on the line there, depending on who they are.
Doflamingo will compliment you at the start of every date. It doesnāt matter if youāre dressed up all fancy for a dinner date, or if youāve just put on whatever. He always finds something to compliment you on.
Doflamingo is the master of mysteries though, and lunch is no exception. Thereās always something you donāt expect there to be. Sometimes itās a rare dish, sometimes itās a little present,ā¦ If he can think of it, he can make it happen.
Even at dates, Doflamingoās teasing doesnāt stop. He loves seeing you flustered or embarrassed, and he will try to make you as much as he can. It starts with compliments, some of which may or may not be on the suggestive side. Thereās also the occasional making fun of you, though heās always careful with his words so he doesnāt really offend you. Teasing should be fun after all, not hurtful.
He loves it when you try to tease him. It never works though, he usually throws it right back at you or answers with a smile.
If anything at all does not go according to how he planned it, Doflamingo will get really moody, if not actually angry. He instructed people to follow his orders, simple, right? Then how did someone manage to fuck it up? He had been clear enough in his instructions. Only you and a handful of family members are able to calm him down from a situation like this. If nobody does, it results in whoever messed up getting a serious scare and a punishment of some sorts. And thatās when Doffy is feeling merciful.
If all goes well though, youāll be in for the perfect lunch date, with Doflamingo being great company and with amazing food. Thank him for the date with a passionate kiss, and his mood will most likely be good for the remainder of the day.
Lunch dates are definitely Iceburgās favourite. Youāre more awake than at breakfast, but itās not as much of a big deal as a dinner date. Itās relaxed and casual, just the way he likes it. That doesnāt mean that Iceburg doesnāt enjoy taking you out on a fancy date every now and again as well, quite the contrary, but he just prefers the more casual and less stressful dates to plan.
Most of the time, thereās not even any planning involved. Heāll just have his secretary clear out his schedule on a whim and heāll come to get you. Just because he wants to see you and eat with you. Also maybe because his previous lunch plans were boring or annoying and he just wanted any excuse to not have to attend to them.
Lunch dates with Iceburg are simple. Most of the time he drags you to his favourite restaurant, a simple one that specialises in breakfast and lunch. What you do after that is up to you, but most of the time if you ask him to clear his schedule for you, he will.
All of the staff already know what the two of you want, so theyāll leave you alone for the majority of the time, giving you as much privacy and quality time as they can allow you.
Iceburg will want to pay for you, but if thatās something that upsets you, heāll split the bill. He wants to treat you and spoil you, but he also doesnāt want something like that to turn into an argument or something that makes you uncomfortable.
Whether you want to talk a lot or just enjoy each otherās company in silence, Iceburg is fine with both. He loves listening to you talk about your morning, other things that happened or things you had been doing relating to your hobbies lately. Seeing you happy is literally all he wants.
Heās always a little sad when you part ways after a lunch date. Heās had so much fun, and he is so relaxed by the time itās over, that he really just doesnāt want it to be over. He may try to persuade you to go to a nice little tearoom to continue the date there, regardless of your or his own schedule.
