Hi Abhi, because last time I picked Inuyasha, I will be going with Sesshomaru for this one, so you get the best of both worlds <3 enjoy!

Even though Sesshomaru was a pretty calm and quiet man, life with him was everything but calm and quiet. Besides people and demons coming after you every once in a while, there was the ever-annoying presence of Jaken, relentlessly trying to insert himself into every conversation or moment you tried to have with him.

Then Rin came along, and while you loved the little girl to pieces, she was still that, a little girl, with all the questions and tales her mind could come up with. Even though you paid attention every time, and even though you loved talking with her, you missed hanging out with your lover, just the two of you.

You never really openly discussed it with Sesshomaru, not wanting to come across as clingy or needy. But you did feel a little deflated every time it looked like you'd had a moment and then someone would show up.

So you were surprised when you noticed him sending away Rin with Jaken to go collect something from the village you passed a little earlier. The route was safe, he had made sure of that, and instead of walking on, like he usually would, he took you to a nice spot in the vicinity, where you could wait for the two to return.

"Why did send them away, we didn't really need anything?"

I am very pleasantly surprised to see some Inuyasha fans still around! You did all the things right, hope you enjoy!

Every time Inuyasha gave you his fire-rat robe to wear, you felt safe. It was a token of his protectiveness, and by extension one of his love as well. It brought you great comfort when situations seemed to be dire, it worked wonders to soothe your anxiety.

It also smelled like him, a scent that reminded you of safety, of warmth, even though he had initially acted standoffish and had tried his best to keep you at a distance, he had always made sure you were safe and sound. The memories of times you spent together came flooding through your mind and you smiled.

It took a while to get close, you had to be just as stubborn as he was. But now you were laying in his arms, coat covering the both of you for warmth and protection, you felt so good. It had been a complicated road to get there, but you wouldn't ever want to trade that experience away.

You were safe. You were happy. You were in love.

Oh, my first Bleach request for the event, and the way it is looking right now the only Bleach request. I hope you'll enjoy this one, thank you for letting me write a little Bleach!

Your fingers traced the picture you were holding, thinking back to another time. A time where Sosuke had been different, yet not all that different if you really knew him. Only a few had had the pleasure of really knowing him though, and you had been one of them.

And yet. You had liked the gimmick. The soft smiles, the kind brown eyes behind the glasses. You were surprised by how good of an actor he was. You had loved the soft tenderness he had shown to you in public, it was nice to pretend to be a picture perfect couple.

That was exactly what was in the picture. A perfect, happy, smiling couple. You still were one honestly, just with a little more of the wicked truth added to it.

You felt his presence behind you, a low hum followed by a chuckle.

"Did you keep that picture?"

You smiled. "Yes, it's a fun memory, you know? And I liked the glasses on you." You grinned as you added that last statement.

He just shook his head, sneaking an arm around your waist.

Your husband was hardworking, a trait you always admired. But you absolutely hated how it sometimes interfered with your romantic endeavors, often taking up most of his time. 

You tried to compensate for the lost time by being near him as he worked, trying to have as many meals together as possible, small things that ensured some form of quality time.

The only time he made sure to set everything aside and spend time with you, was at night. A healthy sleeping pattern was something that was necessary for everyone, and while you didn't necessarily agree immediately, you took every chance you got to spend with him with both hands.

There was something soothing about falling asleep in his arms. Something therapeutic about running your fingers through his long hair and hearing him talk with his voice even deeper when he was tired.

You loved spending time with him, and you never seemed to run out of things to talk about. Every night you were reminded of how much he loved you and the other way around.

And every night, you fell asleep after a final kiss goodnight, feeling warm, protected and loved. It made you mind the lack of quality time a whole lot less.

It wasn’t the first time you’ve seen Inuyasha’s human form. Besides the fact that he was obviously weaker and a better target for minor demons lurking around, you actually really didn’t mind. It was kind of nice to see he wasn’t always invincible.

Of course, he didn’t think as positively of it as you did, and usually preferred to stay away from you when he was like that. He felt as if being near you was only highlighting his vulnerability, and that was the last of what he wanted. He couldn’t stray too far though,his protective instincts still bigger than his shame. 

You had taken to staying up through the nights on those nights. Let him rest with his head in your lap, as you stroked his hair, not worrying about accidentally hitting his ears, which were rather sensitive. 

You had taken to speaking in a soft voice to him. Reassuring words that he was still strong enough, still worthy, even on his human days. Of course, you waited until he was fast asleep, as he would definitely not want to hear those words while awake. 

As he stirred in your lap, softly snoring and mumbling in his sleep, you smiled at him while you waited for sunrise. Maybe they weren’t the best nights spent with him, but they did come close.

How the crew had gotten hold of a toddler, you weren't too sure of. That the Thousand sunny was not the best place to have a small child at, was something you did know. So you were holding the child in your arms for most of the day, trying to distract it and play games as much as possible, but getting more and more tired every minute. There weren't a lot of crew members you could trust with keeping an eye on the infant while you'd take a break, and by now you kind of felt responsible, so you just ground your teeth and decided to push through.

Until the child started crying. Ear piercing screams, while you desperately tried to calm them down, tried to tell them that you'd soon be back in the village you left a little while ago so they could be back with their parents. It was unsure if the kid actually understood a word of what you said, but even if they did, there was nothing that seemed to calm them down.

You looked around, eyes desperate for someone, anyone, to take over for a second and help you with the kid, but the moment the crying had begun, most of the crew had disappeared, doing 'duties' or just not available. You made your way to the only person that would maybe help you, and walked into the kitchen, nearly slamming open the door.

"Sanji, please, I am desperate, I can't make them stop crying."

Sanji looked up startled from the veggies he was chopping, took one look at the kid, one look at you, and then immediately started rummaging in cupboards. You couldn't really see what exactly he was doing, but you hoped for the both of you that he was doing something that would help.

Within five minutes Sanji had prepared the kid a snack, presented it, and made cooing noises, and the combination of those things had made the cried diminish into sobs and eventually into mere sniffles as the kid happily started munching on the treat.

Sanji smiled and spread his arms, taking the kid over from you for a bit so you and your arms could have some rest. He sat down, bouncing the kid on his leg, who was now actually laughing.

"I didn't know you were so good with kids?" You were genuinely surprised and looked at your boyfriend with a questioning look.

"I know what you do when you're 'overworking'."

It was the very first thing you said as he entered your shared bedroom, you were ready to go sleep but had been in time to catch him slipping in the bed with you.

"Wha-?" a mix of shock and confusion was apparent in his voice, you didn't even have to see his face to know.

"You've been late multiple evenings, claiming there had been so much work to do. Yet, when I go check your office to surprise you, you're nowhere to be found."

"Y/n, I can explain, I-" his voice was filled with panic, but that soon was replaced by even more confusion as you started laughing. You sat up, relishing in the brief moment of impending doom you had caused him to experience. You had no idea how he would try to talk himself out if it, especially since for anyone it might look like something terrible, like cheating.

"Really? Giving the princess rides on your back as you fly above the city? The king will kill you if he finds out!"

Pell grimaced as you laughed even harder, unsure whether to be relieved or a little mad for playing him like that. Then again, he deserved it for not telling you. You could've easily drawn a conclusion that was way worse.

I have said it before, but this event is FULL of firsts and I love it. Very first Whitebeard drabble, here I come, hope you like it anon!

There were several perks of dating the strongest man in the world. One, you had a wonderful family of pirates, all the ones that your lover had adopted into his crew. They were the light of your lives, the ones Edward would do everything for.

Two, you were always safe by his side. He was protective over you, while never really holding you back or stopping you from trying to reach your dreams. There was something so reassuring about complete freedom, and knowing someone would always have your back.

Three, small captain privileges. So when the storms hit and it is raining outside, a big ship like the Moby Dick is usually unbothered. It doesn't mean that there's no big waves soaking everyone on deck every once in a while, or that there still needs to be work done outside in the rain.

So while the crew was working, you were reading Edward a book, snuggled up against him, as he was receiving his treatment for the day. He had assigned the reading as your chore, saying that it helped him feel better way sooner every time.

You weren't sure if it was a lie or not, but you gladly complied. Life was good with him by your side.
