Does anyone have any better ways that get rid of long bursts of energy that don’t involve running or making a big stimming mess of myself? If the latter has to be so, so be it.
I’m like 90% sure my current form of stimming (as a my response to vivid daydreams about stuff like Dracula) is becoming very harmful physically 💔
It hurts to walk—and I continue to run around because I simply cannot sit down for so long and not release energy and dream. And it hurts more and I ignore it but it’s been a couple months now and I very visibly limp 😭
