__1.__What is your idea of perfect happiness?  Everyone I love is healthy and happy. I live somewhere I can understand the changing of the seasons and my home is safe haven for everyone who needs it. A life filled of warmth.

__2.__What is your greatest fear? My most beloved people being harmed in any way and me unable to help them.

__3.__What is the trait you most deplore in yourself? How stubborn I am concerning my impression of people. It takes me a long time to accept I’ve made a wrong assessment of character.

__4.__What is the trait you most deplore in others?  Cruelty of any sort. I just can’t justify it to myself.

__5.__Which living person do you most admire? My parents.

__6.__What is your greatest extravagance? Food-related experiences. Pricey restaurants and unique ingredients for my cooking will be the death of me ( and my wallet).

__7.__What is your current state of mind? Tired ( that is a state of mind, isn’t it?) but vaguely hopeful.

__8.__What do you consider the most overrated virtue? Beauty, and I desperately want to apply this way of thinking in my every day life.

__9.__On what occasion do you lie? When a white lie will make someone feel better, usually. But I also lie for fun some times, with people I won’t meet again and about subjects of no great importance.

__10.__What do you most dislike about your appearance? Too many things to list here without turning this into a pity party.

__11.__Which living person do you most despise? Those who take advantage of other’s poor conditions.

__12.__What is the quality you most like in a man? Kindness.

__13.__What is the quality you most like in a woman? Kindness. Why would it be any different?

__14.__Which words or phrases do you most overuse? Βασικά and εντελώς αντικειμενικά are words I use toooo much.

__15.__What or who is the greatest love of your life? I’m still searching for it. For the time being I love a great deal of things and can’t choose a particular one.

__16.__When and where were you happiest?  I’ve been blessed enough to have many moments of great joy. If I had to guess it was probably some time with my friends, one of those rare moments when you feel truly known and loved.

__17.__Which talent would you most like to have? The talent of charming orators or the grace of dancers.

__18.__If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? My tendency to procrastinate. Then I’d have a lot more time to change anything else that bothers me about myself!

__19.__What do you consider your greatest achievement? Surviving for 18t years!! Shout out to my heart for being the true mvp and not failing all those times it could have!

__20.__If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be? I’d like to be clover, or maybe a seagull.

__21.__Where would you most like to live? I’d like a nice, picturesque cottage in the country with its own garden ( for my roses and vegetables). If some of the rooms could be in a traditional greek style I’d be a happy bean. 

__22.__What is your most treasured possession? I have nothing of the sort. 

__23.__What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery? Ignoring everything positive in the world and moaning constantly about the bad.

__24.__What is your favorite occupation? So many of them sound charming to me! If I’m being a realist, I’d like anything I don’t find utterly detestable, as long as it provides me with a steady and cozy income, long summer vacation and free time for my hobbies and future family ( that I hope to have). If it gives me the opportunity to dress up on the daily, all the better!

__25.__What is your most marked characteristic? My “renaissance looks”. I don’t quite get but it’s been commented on by plenty of people so far.

__26.__What do you most value in your friends? Affection and emotional support, with the necessary amount of honesty.

__30.__Who are your heroes in real life? Can I say my parents once more?? They are my biggest role models.

__31.__What are your favorite names? Nausicaa for girls and Alexander or Konstantinos for boys.

__32.__What is it that you most dislike? Once again, rudeness and cruelty when it’s not needed.

__33.__What is your greatest regret? Harming my body so much in my early teenage years.

__34.__How would you like to die? Perfectly warm and cozy, in old age, knowing I did everything I wanted in my lifetime.

As far as bad-ass female scientists depicted in film and TV: Yes! Good! MORE.

It’s 5 AM so I can’t think of too many examples, but Clarice Starling in Silence of the Lambs (don’t ask why Silence of the Lambs was my favourite movie—along with the 1986 My Little Pony Movie, of course—when I was like…six). She was an FBI student, and not a scientist per se, but she is part of an autopsy! she visits entomologists! she does psychological profiling! She is curious and determined and wants to learn! She is a scientist.

When I was like, 11, it was very important to me that Jean Grey in the first X-Men movie was a telepathic, telekinetic medical expert. VERY IMPORTANT. This is exactly what I wanted to be.

 What do you think is the worst superhero power? This may come as a surprise but I always thought mind reading wasn’t a good one. It would wipe off any chance for surprised and it would make it impossible to form healthy friendships with anyone. We all have ugly thoughts at times, but they don’t necessarily affect the kind of people we are.

 Indian or Italian food? Indian !! I’m always so amazed by it because a lot of the vegetables and ingredients used are also a part of our cuisine, yet they are used in completely different ways !! Also,I love spicy things , if it makes my eyes water then it’s good.

 How do you call your plant if you have one, and if not, best name for a future dream plant? Haven’t I ever told your the name of my little cacti?? One of them is Alexander, after my historical crush and the other is Konstantinos, after Konstantinos Palaiologos, the last emperor of the Byzantine empire. ( what can I say, I have a soft spot for emperors)

 Describe your favourite piece of clothing (a dress, a t-shirt, whatever). It’s literally so difficult to describe it !? It’s jumpsuit I guess in an orange -coral colour and it’s very summery. It’s really stylish and smart and it makes my boobs look 💯🔥👌 

You get the opportunity to play a minor role in a movie. who is the director? who are your co-stars? what is the movie about? Okay let me dream big for this one. A movie adaptation of Erotokritos and Aretousa. The backgrounds and the costumes have to be the borgias level of quality. Max Irons is Erotokritos and I am Aretousa bc I’m not settling for a minor role in this one,it’s my dream film. I can’t decide on a director but I know Kit Harington is in there , somewhere ( maybe as Erotokritos’ friend ?? Maybe as a prince??) bc his face totally fits.

 What is your secret routine/remedy to fight melancholy? Listen to studio ghibli music, go for a run, pet my talk, talk with a friend, cry it out. That’s usually what I do. 

What is the best compliment you ever received? That people warm up to me easily. This is thankfully true and I feel proud of this, because despite my shyness I always try my best to include everyone in conversations and make them feel comfortable , or offer them my help even when I don’t know them that well. So yeah, it made me very happy.

 Favourite NON greek myth (or non classic greek myth anyway) So my homeboy Alexander the Great was known for being full of himself right? ( for a good reason if you ask, but that’s beside the point ) Legends say that he wanted to live forever, so he went on a great quest to find the miracle water of immortality, fighting dragons and all that jazz. He is Alexander of course so he managed to find it and kept it in a bottle back home. In plain sight. Yeaaah, maybe not the best of ideas, because his sister found it one day and drank it all. When she realized her mistake ( although it was clearly Alekos’ fault ???) costed the immortality of her brother, she jumped into the sea. Now, she couldn’t die of course bc she had drank the water immortality so she turned into a mermaid instead. Up to this day, she swims in the seas and makes a habit of asking sailors and ship passengers “ Does king Alexander live ?”. If you don’t want her to get mad and sink your boat you have to answer “He lives and reigns and conquers the world ”. My grandma would feel me this story every time we travelled by ship.I was always scared the mermaid would come and ask a stupid tourist about her brother who wouldn’t know the answer and then would drown us all. Still, I love this story to bits. 

Give three facts about you, one of them being a lie impossible to tell apart from the other two. 

I own the Amelie soundtrack on a cd. I like my tea with milk. I take drawing classes at school.

 Team Troy or Team Greeks? Thanks for the opportunity to rant about this. I’m team Troy all the way and I’ve been getting into fights about it ever since eight grade, when we study the Iliad. Why should I support Agamemnon & Co ’s imperialistic war just because I’m Greek ?? They clearly just wanted to conquer the city for its important position!! Plus, while I dislike Paris I. Love hector so much. It’s very possible that the only ones who love him best are Andromache and Priam. I cry about him to this day bc I’m still not over him. I will never be. My mother has had to put up with it for years now. I hated when whiny pissbaby Achilles killed him ( yes, I do love his whiny face now. But let’s be honest, he is an acquired taste). So despite my love for a lot of the Greeks, I’m team Troy.
