New kirby oc!
I want to make different kirby characters that can fly/have wings because I think theyd make good knights and I dont think I've ever seen a flying fish be done before. Now I know flying fish don't actually fly but neither does he so meh. I also added some angler fish inspiration because part of a knights helmet reminded me of angler fish teeth.
I have to clarify because my friends are trying to eat him; he is not edible. He does not taste good. Please do not try to eat him he will stab you

No sooner did I scale the Cement Summit than I found my answer.
The sign at the Alivel Mall reads "Since 1980."
And the runes DID say "Hal Lab 1980."
Those numbers were identical. But I should have looked closer when it came to the numbers next to the "H." They were not an abbreviation of the year below it!
The "0" in this Forgotten language resembles their symbol for "a." The second number after the "H" was not a 0. It must have been a 6!
Here are my conclusions:
H-86
Hal Lab - 1980
"Since 1980"
I realized this after I encountered what I understand to be "Sector O1." (see bottom left)

Here's a meta discovery for you.
I am confident that the runes featured here are numbers. Now, unless you zoom in it is near impossible to see, but the numbers here are IDENTICAL to the numbers on the "Since ????" sign at the Alivel Mall.
The large letter is an "H" followed by an abbreviated number. Below it... It does not spell out "Holine." It spells out "Hal Lab." HAL LAB. The company that created me?!
Here are two more examples from the same area:
It seemed that the numbers could likely be: 86 and 1986. Was Hal Lab founded in 1986?
No. It was founded in 1980. But "86" as it turns out is a bit of an inside joke.
Where does that leave me?
1980 or 1986?! @_@
