New Quirk Name: Turnabout
This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to impart rotational energy on targets within medium range of them. On the surface, this can seemingly only like the user spin objects around. By applying enough force to it, this can be used to move objects and send them flying through the air at high speeds. While lacking control, the Quirk does grant these objects a lot of speed and power, like sending a baseball through a brick wall. This gives the user a good mix of options, able to twist bad situations in their favor. They can turn random objects into powerful projectiles, twist parts of the terrain to throw off enemies, spin objects into the air to deflect attacks, pull objects towards and away from them, or just crush people at Frisbee. Aside from being limited to only spinning things and the lack of finesse, the user has trouble moving larger targets. Trying to move a person would have very little effect on them as opposed to something like a baseball.

Gyrate is basically a drilling quirk, who are we kidding. Excadrill will be Kaibara's companion. Look at them with drill hands.
Hey Quirk Wizard! Could you make a list of weak/civilian Quirks, that don't have a massive power and it, but that together would result in a great Quirk? Like Glycerin and Acid Sweat, which result in Explosion.
So this really depends on what Quirks you think are weak and how willing you are to stretch both of the Quirks in question. Because I don't think that is any two Quirks that is as perfect for combination as "Acid Sweat" and "Nitroglycerin" were.
Gecko/Attraction of Small Objects: This feels like a knock off of "Slide and Glide", but instead, it's all about adhering the user to things. Kind of like the evolution Koichin develops when he can climb.
Quad Arms/Big Fist: Just make a bunch of giant arms. Look, it's really basic, but I think that having a bunch of super strong arms would actually be a pretty good Quirk to have.
Tail/Gyrate: So almost any Quirk would be make "Tail" better, but "Gyrate" is the coolest one to me. Just have a massive drill tail that improves the variety of "Tail" by letting it spin around and lets "Gyrate" by applied in a whole new way.
Telescopic/Springlike Limbs: This one feels like the most in line with your question. Both these deal with the user retracting and pulling out body parts. It'd improve on both parts of the Quirk, but it wouldn't really do anything new.
Invisibility/Naval Laser: The user takes in light to shoot it all around their body. Not only does this make it safer to use, but gives them a much greater coverage of where they can fire their laser. So basically the user becomes a giant disco ball.
Muddied/Permeation: I could see this becoming almost like a blank spot in people's minds. Just the user becomes intangible in a whole other way and disappear. Still hard to use, but certainly still useful in it's own way.
Anivoice/Radio Waves: Realistically, this would let the user talk through machines. Yet, if we're going to extremes, I like Imagine this would let the user talk to machines and control them like Koda does animals.
Solid Air/Hardening: So you take the malleability of "Solid Air" and the armor of "Hardening" and you throw them together. Super tough armor that you can blow into to adjust the shape of it, like making spikes or shields out of it.
Love/Magnetism: The user makes positive and negative fields. The negative fields act as a debuff and the positive fields give people buffs. I think they would be these horrific dark auras or pink auras covered in hearts.
Bubble/Sleep Gas: The user makes bubbles of wonderful smelling sleeping gas, making it safer to move around and aim in the contained bubble. Effectively making bubbles that act like sleeping gas grenades that can float around.
Are there quirks you think could have replaced Fa Jin and Gearshift in One for All? Where instead of amplifying what was already there, it instead added a new dimension or "Support Quirk" to the arsenal of One for All?
So when it comes to picking out Quirks to replace the ones in "One For All", I've already done a full list of options before. I still believe those are some of the best Quirks for "One For All" and Izuku. And if I were to pick out ones from that list to replace these, I would think that "Gyrate" and "Crystallization" might be two of the best options. Because to me, there still needs to be some more combat-oriented powers in his kit. The four other Quirks are already pretty heavily support-based. It's just that "Gearshift" and "Fa Jin" do it in the most boring way possible by just expanding more on his physical abilities. With those two, they can at least expand on what Izuku is capable of with it just boiling down a stat boost. Especially after they have been boosted. "Gyrate" could give him whole new applications for his physical abilities with his spinning body, while "Crystallization" could grant him whole new ways to fight people by growing out giant crystals everywhere.
