In game, I'd be upset with Xander for using the serums. The idea of him traumatizing and maimimg himself, all while becoming a monster like everyone in town, disturbs me. But he'd look at me with his big ol eyes and I'd have to scratch his chin and tell him I love him. Then he weasels his way back into my good graces by being unbelievably fluffy and cute. (He never shows me the Huntsman and Crowman forms for fear of upsetting me in-game.)
Goat! or Bat!Xander just being a big ol puppy toward me, laying his head on my lap and demanding cuddles. Tiny rat!Xander stealing cheese off my plate and then running off with it to make me laugh. Fishdog!Xander being a literal cute puppy.
