Just came back from a run 2.5km in 18:15! That's what happens when you have lots of crazy negative energy inside you, after I was jumped last night by my ex-mil and bil. I know I've been naive...why did I get involved with this family? There were others before me, and I'm sure there will be more. Still stuck sharing a house with them though!
