How does a person deaf from birth learn how to read? I mean we normally teach kids how to read by sounding out the letters and it usually clicks from there but how does someone who cant hear the sounding out learn to read?

Umm.. There’s two options actually. If truth or dare counts (doesn’t for me but for some it does) then.. I don’t even remember.. It’s been way too long since then.. But the first I remember is a classmate of mine when we were on a field trip in Åland.
And if it doesn’t count, like it doesn’t for me, then there’s still two more options. First was when was like 2?? and my godparents made their oldest son kiss me (he’s the same age as me) or then..
