Yesterday it was a nice cheat day full with nice food and FINALLY a cappuccino (one of the things I miss the most) and a cute lemon pie :-) we went to several cute villages and we walked a lot.
I must say this was one of my least favorite cheat days. I felt bloated, ate too much at dinner and felt so so full and had a stomach ache bc my body doesn’t like a lot of carbs I think :’) also the sugar highs hit me so hard and I was very tired. I love how I am liking the keto life more than my old one, it’s so empowering!
Today I went back to my diet straight away! Who would have known I would ever be able to say no to all the delicious food, even on a holiday? So proud of myself 😻
