Itās beenā¦ a time. Iāve been trying to recover some of my physical energy and itās been a lot. Being gentle to myself is not something I was taught. Genuinely enjoying life is something Iām learning. Cute things like stuffed animals, little doodles, and the Finch app are really helping me find a coping mechanism I thought had died.

šUpdating my weekly tasks, and giving a toast to the fish I love most. Dr Barry, MD. (the beta fish) is very healthy and growing. I am also gaining my strength back after getting the āspicy coughā a couple months ago. Long term symptoms are no joke. Greatful for healing.

šI have rational, normal feelings about office supplies (they said, foaming at the mouth) For some reason, normal staplers donāt work for me, but tiny ones do? That sounds fake but I swear itās a strange affliction. And this little guy is so cute!
š¦Today really is a day to curl up in the living room and enjoy the natural lighting sort of day. There is supposed to be a storm today, so Iāll take it while it lasts. My devilās ivy transplants are doing well.
