The main 3 I remember are Mikey the Kilowattrel, Nemona the Pawmo, and Tetris the Pikachu. (Update, checked the file, there's Penny the Luxio, Vanilla the Flaaffy, and Lucky the Jolteon)

Voltra had Nemona as a starter, but got a Pikachu when throwing away her Fuecoco. He then convinced her of what they should really be doing (Unsure on motives rn), and she decided to try it out.

So as the team grows, Voltra starts to like this freedom while her team gets closer to eachother and becomes more of a 'leader plus assistant and others' lol

Tetris becomes the leader, refusing to evolve to show that even unevolved Pokémon can be threatening. He literally is only the leader due to him having most of the ideas and knowing the most of that they're doing. He's very weak defensively though, so at least he's got a team with him.

Nemona becomes his assistant, but also the muscle as a Pawmot. She's the closest to him, so that’s fair. They both have tons of respect and (platonic) love for eachother. Best pals. Hurt one and you're getting shocked by the other.

Mikey is the slightly dumber one, but he's powerful, so he's another bodyguard for Tetris. Was easy to convince to join. Though he is a foodie, so Tetris makes sure he gets an extra piece of food.

Lucky is unsure about all of the evil deeds, so even though he's more powerful than everyone there, he's not there often when they need him. The group don't rely on him much, leading to Voltra keeping him in his ball. Obey the crew, then you'll be free bud.

Penny is the positive one, making sure everyone's still enjoying this whole thing. To outsiders, she's terrifying. To the group, she'll let them sleep on her back and tell spooky stories to the others. She's also powerful, and is very willing to lay down her life for Tetris and Voltra. Hell, for everyone there.

Vanilla is the more supportive one, trying to make sure they don't all fuckin die lol. Voltra could be telling someone to attack, and the sheep would be stealing potions from her bag to heal up another of the powerhouses. When threatened though, she's very powerful. She just doubts herself.
