The Marvel Cinematic Universe writers not making Tony Stark their scapegoat for everything that happens? The writers actually acknowledging Tony’s truly good intentions and good that he’s done overall?
The Marvel Cinematic Universe writers having the other characters, such as Steve Rogers, Wanda Maximoff (and basically all of team Cap in Civil War) face repercussions for their actions and don’t constantly portray them as the victims and heros who do no wrong in their fight to stop the evil villain that is Tony Stark?
Like, they kill Tony for the 4th fucking time (which, looking through Tumblr, people are loving). Yet they make Steve fucking President?
It’s literally no matter what happens, the writers keep on pushing the “Tony Stark is the true villain of the MCU while everyone else are the hero’s and victims trying to stop his evil” narrative. And the majority of MCU fans cling to it, truly believing in their minds things like Tony personally dropping the bomb on Wandas apartment and flying away laughing evilly or Tony solely writing the Accords twirling his evil mustache making his evil plans to stop the true hero of Steve Rogers and his team.
I just…..the mans dead by saving the universe and they can’t stop hammering this narrative!
