So much going on, I could not keep up with making a post daily! But my days can take on more than one form for them to advance my progress both internally and externally.

(Ψ) psychology: reached p 75 of learning to counsel + therapy chat: interpersonal neurobiology episode

100 Days of Productivity (3/100)

Today was a two cups of coffee type of morning. The day is not quite done, but after this I'm going make dinner and run more cases for my research so it's more of the same.

I had a proper look at all my book purchases/gifts this year, tallied up to 43... so like *are* books cheaper than therapy at this point (green marks all the ones read). Also stumbled on a good new book discussion channel, their analysis is just hats off.

prompt: 9th and 10th July - do you usually go on vacation during the summer? what is the best vacation you have ever been on?

no, i usually don’t go on vacations during summer! i grew up in wintery russia so vacations usually happen around those months to escape the cold. 

100 days of productivity (1/100)

In 100 days I will be presenting at a conference (which may be online) and over the course of the summer I will have to finish my dissertation and have my defense, graduate, and start my post doc. It's a lot to do.

Cheers to committing to 100 days of productivity, because I desperately need something solid to help me get over some serious avoidant behaviors and poor anxiety management.
