One of what I hope to make a series of fake comics for Tetsuke & Dhani's backstory and lore tidbits. My freind and I have figured out a system to set up the dialogue fairly painlessly, so here's hoping I stick to it. They're unlikely to be chronological and just be made purely by what scene I wanna see put together at that moment - inconsistency is part of my brand, after all! This one is set during ShB, when Tetsuke was only just starting to be friendly with Dhani - and Emet doing what he does best to try and seed doubt.

Emet Selch: Oh...did you not know? Emet Selch: The vaunted Warrior of Light openly admitting he doesn’t know everything? Emet Selch: I believe we mat call this ‘progress’ – to an extent, at any rate. Tetsuke: Don’t think nobody knows everythin’ – even though you think y’might. Emet Selch: And yet you’ve made quite the show of brushing off any suggestions or offers for assistance, as if you know better than anyone! Emet Selch: However, I am surprised – all this time following you about, and Belias didn’t tell you his actual name? Emet Selch: My, perhaps he’s not that fond of you after all. Tetsuke: That’s assumin’ a lot about what I think about him. Tetsuke: Never asked, ‘n’ he doesn’t share your habit of announcin’ yourself in hopes of ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs’. Emet Selch: Now now, no need to be rude in an attempt to distract me. Perhaps you would like me to start listing all the other things you don’t know about your pet ascian? Tetsuke: Don’t give a shit. Tetsuke: Fact he hasn’t brought you idiots any actionable information should tell you how ‘trusted’ he is. Tetsuke: Now stop fuckin’ preenin’ and go away.
