‘Ranveer Singh toh mera favourite hai, par ab Akshaye Khanna…’: Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja gushes over Dhurandhar
Bollywood actor Akshaye Khanna had two film releases this year, and both times he managed to blow audiences away with his never-seen-before avatars and unmatchable aura. First as Aurangzeb in Chhaava and now as Rehman Dakait in Aditya Dhar’s spy action thriller Dhurandhar. The rest of the cast, including Ranveer Singh, Sara Arjun and Arjun Rampal, are also being praised for their incredible…
Go watch a movie
This one turned out really nice - Eden Ness Court and I had a little girls movie night and we went to watch Past Lives at Govindas. I fucked up the pricing so it was $48 so a bit expensive but it was still a good experience. The vegetarian buffet was very nice and all of the food had good flavour and was filling and yummy. I liked the fried cauliflower pakoras best and they had lots of filling things like quinoa and potato and Dahl which I drank in a bowl like soup accidentally instead of dipping my bread in.
The cinema was a lot cosier and cuter than I expected, they had little pillows and bed like recliners. There were no ads too so the movie was over by 08:45 which was perfect. The movie itself was very cute, it wasn’t as sad as Ness said it would be because I felt as if she made the right life choice and I am not sure if they would have made a good couple in the long run anyway, it was just what could have been. Although they clearly had chemistry it would have hurt more if she immigrated later than like when they were 12. It felt very similar to how I felt when I read Normal People, it was a bit too real and therefore uncomfortable and I’m not sure if I liked that feeling.
After we had a little Messina because they’re doing a lemon meringue flavour which is excellent at the moment but it wasn’t quite as good as my memory the second time around.
I’m not sure what is next but this was a very nice little evening and I’m glad that I set up and enacted this goal and that it was a bit of a more special memory than just going to the theatres. Ness Eden and Court are all just very lovely wholesome people and so it was cute to all hang out.
Tomorrow I think I should set some goals so I don’t end up just following people around all day and eating brunch for half the day to be honest. I also really badly need to do Rouble’s litter, shower, clean my sheets, washing and fuel my car so it will be an odd job day as well. It has been hard with all of the assignments but I have been still managing to get into the swing of doing things. I’m starting to be stressed about jobs just in the back of my mind i can sense it. Aiming to continue to do small things for myself so I can live a happy life is difficult but I think I can feel the difference so far and it’s rewarding.
