Clark goose/ super goose

When figuring out what breed Clark would be upon careful consideration: Clark would be a hybrid pf the dewlap Toulouse goose (as seen below) and the Tula fighting goose.

(I considered making Clark a magpie goose, as they are the only living members of the anseranatidae and not technically geese, however they didn’t match his actual character that much besides that)

The dewlap Toulouse is bred for meat, symbolic of how Clark was born to a dying people, who despite being condemned to die before birth survived. Think lamb to the slaughter but goose

- obviously the farm boy had to be a farm goose

- this breed is classified as a heavy weight breed, they are generally gentle giants, this matches his character really well

- I was watching James Gunn talk about how Superman's suit is supposed to make him look huggable. Hence this selection

Adds to his "superness" that he can fly seeing as this goose is most definitely flightless

- certain dewlap Toulouse have bright red beaks and feet, which reminds me of the superman suit, specifically the boots.

And now for Clark’s other half, the Tula fighting goose

- the Tula fighting goose is bred to fight for entertainment, I see superman connecting more to the fighting goose persona and Clark being more of a domestic farm goose

- in duels the Tula goose wins against its Kline t by pushing them out of the wing or subduing them by clasping their sebaceous gland. Their fighting does not revolve around blood shed or killing the opponent. This resembles supermans fighting style and values as a superhero

- the Tula fighting goose has a parrot like beak ideal for clasping onto its opponents feathers. I imagine Clark to have the body of a dewlap Toulouse goose and the beak and wings of a Tula goose

BRUCIE GOOSIE/ GOOSEMAN

Bruce is a swan goose x Canada goose hybrid (see bellow)

- The way the average Canadian talks about Canada geese very much resembles how one would discuss a fearsome vigilante

- the Brucie Wayne persona plays up his swan goose side.

- like how Batman is a hero who is highly accomplished and powerful despite not being a meta human, gooseman is a goose breed that's survival is based around flight, while himself being flightless due to his domestic goose genetics. Despite this he is just as fearsome as his flying counterparts

- the death of his parents is partially accredited to the Waynes being flightless

- geese are very eager to adopt babies. Any baby and all baby.

This is how brucie goosie ends up with so many goslings

- Canada geese come across mean and aggressive, however this aggression stems from a determination to protect its family and gaggle. Similar to Bruce's will to better Gotham

-its protectiveness makes the Canada goose unlikely to trust

- Canada goose hybrids tend to have interesting patterning often with odd patches of white. Bruce has a tuxedo like pattern

1. Omega Lars who needs touch to survive/ be safe but his aversion makes it impossible. My idea is as he goes through therapy he slowly feels better not just from talking but from touching as well. It may slowly develops into him trying to make Bianca warm so it satiated his need for touch. His dating of her could have also stemmed from this desire for touch in the first place. Maybe he slowly learns to touch platonically with Karin and Gus or romantically with his beau of your choice. Just a thought!

2. Lars pretty much just being depressed. It shows a scene of him sitting and just looking at the wall. I think of something like him desperately trying to find that connection with Bianca but it slowly failing. At the lake when he sings to her he knows she doesn’t respond but doesn’t truly understand it as he’s stuck in delusion. Maybe this could be his want for real connection forcing him to “kill” Bianca.

Idk these are just thoughts! I hope they give you a spark of something, and allow you to take them somewhere you want to write. Have fun and remember creating is about the fun of it not necessarily the product at the end. 💕

I don’t know anything about the omegaverse 😭

I love these ideas though, I definitely think it’s such a good representation of depression because he’s not super sad all the time, he smiles and experiences other emotions, and it’s not super obvious that he’s depressed either. But I imagine him with someone else, someone real, I’m gonna write it in second person for the purposes of this. (I kinda lose the plot immediately and yap about the movie)

- Imagine Lars singing to you for the first time, with Bianca she obviously didn’t say anything back. But you giggle and smile and look at him with such love, like this real human connection that he couldn’t get with Bianca.

- I imagine his “killing” of Bianca more of an awakening for himself, he was ready for her to die because she no longer served her initial purpose. He was ready to make new human connections, and he felt comfortable enough to try.

- Bianca was like a coping mechanism for him, she’s not necessarily unhealthy, in a way it’s childlike. Lars acted like a child sometimes I thought, the scene where he asked his older brother about “being a man” and some of his mannerisms. In that way Bianca was almost like an imaginary friend.

- imagine him experiencing new things with touch. He was okay with Bianca’s touch because it was stable, but your touch is electric, in a good way, sometimes overwhelming, but addicting. But also safe, not in that plastic, secure way, but in a warm, protective way.

- of course the touch thing is something you’d build up to, I think in the beginning he would’ve loved to hold your hand through his gloves. Short walk from church to the car? Umm yeah we holding hands.

- and those first few kisses. So chaste, so sweet, so gentle. He would hover his hand over your face, afraid if he touched you you’d disappear. He’s such a blusher too ugh he’s so cute and awkward, right after the first kiss he’d get so flustered and awkwardly say “ok bye” and just lock himself in his garage.

- I think next would be spending nights together. Not for sex no no no way to early but just a nice dinner, cuddling and watching tv and then cuddling in bed and falling asleep

- your like his personal heater, curled up by his side, not wanting to push but wanting to be close. And after building up his courage he would wrap an arm around you, and his body floods with your warmth, your presence, safe, warm, love. And you’d end up curled up together by morning.

- the more you two work on his touch aversion the more you realize how touch starved he really is. Even hugging Karin every time he sees her (which is very much to her delight UGH I LOVE THEM SO CUTE SHES LIKE AN OLDER SISTER SHES SUCH A GOOD CHARACTER) anyways. Um.

this started out as something silly but i got too excited about the little goose outfits...
