Jaggery Gond Laddu (Healthy Winter Ladoo)
I make these immunity-boosting healthy “jaggery gond laddus” in the fall and winter when it starts getting cold. It is filled with the goodness of urad dal flour, oats, quinoa, ghee, edible gum, nuts, and Indian spices to keep you warm from the inside all season long. A delicious homemade gluten-free substitute to a store-bought energy bar. The quintessential Gond laddus. When cold weather sets…
Semmi gond nincs azokkal, akik nem szeretnek minket. A gond azokkal van, akik úgy csinálnak, mintha szeretnének. 🤕🤍
Nem a legutolsó hibádért foglak otthagyni... hanem a száz előzőért, csak már nem bírom tovább..

Health benefits of edible/Gond gum
To improve both the mother's and the child's health during pregnancy and even after delivery, Indian women include the well-known gond ladoos in their diets. Despite being an underappreciated component for a long time, ginkgo has been used for many years in Indian Ayurveda. This blog will discuss the advantages of sound and any possible drawbacks.
Plant gums, mainly from acacia or Middle Eastern legumes, are typically used to make edible gum. This natural gum, which is sometimes referred to as acacia gum or Tragacanth gum, is made in the Middle East and some parts of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Punjab by drying the sap of several gum-producing plants. Edible gum is easy to mix with other ingredients because it dissolves in water. Gum has long been used to remedy various illnesses, including congestion, coughing, diarrhoea, and other ailments.
