Anger can also stagnate and disempower you. It can consume you and poison you. Anger with no positive action is a toxin.
Present embodied action returns you back to yourself.

This is the strength of the heart. To alchemize fear and anger back into love and passion. Back to peace.
Use your heart fire to transmute the stagnant swirling energy from within. To find out what actions you can take to move you to a better place. To release the fear and self doubt & mistrust from your body.
Once the smoke clears from the transmutation - you see that all that was ever there the entire time was only you and was only love.
