Saw a rumour on xhs that Pantalone's in-game model will show up in the next special program.
Because I wasn't already sitting here vibrating about the upcoming 6.6 trailer. π
Guess we'll see if it's true...

I beg you, this new update is hurtful to creators. Don't make it worse for us here.
They are literally punishing us for getting engagement.
And don't let me even start on the possible harassment....
Fire Emblem Engage has somethings that make it harder for me when compared to Three Houses. I like both, but I want to at least explain why I might prefer things about one to the other.
Fire Emblem Three Houses had so many ways to build supports. But my favourite ways were either the mess hall foods (for the flavour text) or assigning someone an adjutant while I grind up. That was so easy. Just pair up the units and have one unit grind until you get the support chain fully unlocked. Engage doesn't let you do that. To be fair, adjutants have kind of been replaced by emblems. But it's still a shame, because I now find it way harder to grind up supports. If I could pair up units, I could keep characters benched whilst still unlocking their supports. I'd love to do that for Etie and Vander and CΓ©line, because they're really not my favourite characters.
This is my biggest complaint. I love supports, and I'm a bit frustrated by how much harder it is to get them. I'm also a bit bugged by the changes to the fishing mechanic, to the point where I don't think I can actually handle the fishing minigame at all. And finally, I'm frustrated by that difficulty curve.
I haven't finished chapter 10 yet. I had to restart it three times over, so I can't even remember what I did or what supports I'll be capable of unlocking now. But Hortensia... fucking Hortensia killed Alear two times! She killed basically every character she fought, until I managed to get lucky and barely killed her. I know she isn't actually dead, but I almost wish she were after how awful fighting her was. Now I still have to fight her father and the corrupted, corpse of that awful brodian king. Hopefully they're easier. I do take some sick pleasure in killing King Morion, because I've hated him since I met him. But chapter 10 is gonna be a point of deep aggravation for me. Three Houses wasn't usually as hard as this chapter was, I don't think. To be fair, I grinded in Three Houses a lot. Maybe I need to start doing that for Engage, too. Hopefully starting my massive grinding mission on Chapter 12 won't be too late in the game. Because I can't keep having characters die.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!

11. Favorite flower
I'm not very active in the Flower Fandom so it's not something I've really thought about... orchids and lilies are nice
17. Piercings you want
Not being able to remove my earrings for a year (because the backs were stuck so tight) after getting my ears pierced at age 7 ruined me for getting anything else pierced lol
21. Random fact
I have lived with no less than 2 cats for my entire life. I have maxed out at 10 twice, in 2008 (Sergeant Pepper, Dizzy, Cupcake, Boots, Sara Fina + foster kittens Squirt, Sleepy, Chubby, Jane, Punkin a la punk + pumpkin) and 2022 (Sara Fina, JoanZee, Seamus, Hammy, Copper, Stormie, Laz, Misty Rose, Badass "Joey" Joe, Spider)
Honestly, people need to be more kind and respectful to fanfic writers. The things that I see around are quite often outrageous. These people offered you something first, for free!!!
If you enjoyed it, let them know that you read it, what you enjoyed, how much.. comment, reblog/share, like, if you can and are willing to - tip, make art for it... any combo. Again, they offered you something first for free, it should be normal to show appreciation in return, as much as you can, without expecting more. No one is forcing you but if you *enjoyed* it, then support them. Sure, it's nice if they reply but you give back for something already received. (If you comment seeking for interaction, then it might feel bad when they don't, so try not to go in with the wrong mindset)
It's not ok to just take, take, take and never or rarely give anything back. Usually, offering support and feedback leads to more of what you liked in the first place, to interactions and maybe even friends.
There is nothing wrong with writers having ko-fi or other tip jar like other kind of artists. Someone wanting to pay back the worth of a cup of coffee as appreciation for something that made them feel better shouldn't be considered so controversial. If you can't or don't want to then fine, but don't act like no one should, they are not paying from your wallet.
If you don't like what they wrote, then don't read, stop reading, move on. Filter/block if you really don't want to see them or their work anymore. No one is forcing you to read anything. No need to tell them just how much you don't like it, or that you stopped reading. No need to be snarky rude or edgy. If something really upset you and need to vent just write it somewhere for yourself or in private with your friends.
