Community Service
{ Dyla starter for @god-of-mischief-here-tada }

It was probably not considered “professional,” nor did it look it.
Ever since Loki had been sentenced to having to help the Avengers as a sort of ‘community service’ kind of deal, Dyla had been almost attached at his hip. That was not the most unusual-seeming part, though. The strangest part, was how affectionate she was with him. She’d been given her own separate bedroom, though she didn’t seem that happy that it was further away from Loki’s than what she liked. As such, she was hardly in it.
Right now, Dyla was curled up on the couch with her head in his lap. She had her arms latched tightly around his waist to prevent anyone from trying to move her, and had fallen asleep while watching a show on the television. It was new and interesting to her - something where she could learn so much so quickly. But as always, Dyla had a preference for being around Loki. He made her feel safer and happier - not that most of the others in the Avengers’ tower understood it.
It was actually what some of them were talking about, again, just in the next room.
“Guy attacks a city, and she’s all over him! I don’t get it.” Tony leaned back against the counter, arms crossed. “She follows him around like a lost puppy - I say it’s gotta be a spell or something. Some kind of weird-ass space wizard shit.”
Clint looked at Tony oddly for a moment, then shrugged. “I dunno. It seems like she just likes his company to me,” he said, glancing into the living room from the kitchen. Tony snorted at this, rolling his eyes.
“Nah, I don’t buy it. There’s no way the Puppy Dog could be that comfortable around Reindeer Games without something else being involved.” Tony turned, going to make himself some coffee. “I mean, hell. I don’t know. Maybe it’s less magical and more sexual. Guy’s probably ‘gifted’ or some shit, however you Asgardians put it.” Tony smirked a bit, to which Clint threw a donut at his head.
“Okay, Stark, really? You know that he can probably hear you, right?”
