7 years ago I bet on me, took a leap of faith, and quit Corporate America. God has been faithful to my obedience and I’m so full of thankfulness as I look back on one of the biggest decisions I had to make. Walking away from a good job with benefits as a single mother was so difficult, but with God I’ve realized it was the best decision! Full time entrepreneurship is no walk in the park, but it’s worth it! _ So *cheers* to 7 years of full time entrepreneurship and prayers for 7x7x7 more! #TBT to a couple of weeks ago when I got to work briefly with a legend Ms Loretta Devine on the set of #SierraBurgessIsALoser I was so excited when I heard that I'd get to study her up close. This woman has starred in a hit Broadway show, been in countless films and her face stays on my television delivering beautifully flawed human beings. For DECADES she's built a legacy in this industry and I got the chance to let her know just how much she inspired me and how during my many years of being an actress with no representation her article "God is My Agent" got. Me. THROUGH!
