I was more interesting when I was more mentally ill

I have this unshakable belief that the world is going to end somewhat soon (within the next 100-200 years) and logically I have absolutely no reasoning for it but I can't unconvince myself

The weird double standards a traumatized person has about trauma.

OTHER PEOPLE'S trauma is always enough and valid (because it's your brain and body's reaction to it, the actual content of the event isn't very important), but MY trauma isn't bad enough and it needs to be worse to justify why I'm like this
