GINGER DEVIL@日本。柏麦酒醸造。千葉県柏市の地ビールですね。原料は大麦・小麦麦芽、ホップに香り付けとしてショウガパウダー、コリアンダー、オレンジピールが入ってます。Alc.5.0%。ショウガパウダーの影響だと思いますがとにかくショウガ感が半端ないです。口に含んでから喉に流し込むまでとにかくショウガの辛みと香りが脳天を突き抜けます。こんなに尖ったビールは初めてですね。これが柏麦酒なのか。。。恐るべし！ 旨味：★☆☆ 苦み：★★★ 喉ごし：★☆☆ 合わせたいオツマミ 居酒屋主人の高齢な母が漬けてる茄子の漬物 #gingerdevil #ジンジャーデビル #柏麦酒。 https://www.instagram.com/p/CjFlHYqpcDH/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Looks pretty innocent doesn't he?
