Use the Instant Pot to make your own refreshing Homemade Ginger Ale. This tasty and bubbly drink is great for any event.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh ginger, sliced. 1 cup granulated sugar. 4 cups water. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Club soda for serving. Ice cubes for serving. Lemon slices for garnish.
Instructions: Combine fresh ginger, sugar, water, lemon juice, and salt in the Instant Pot. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the vent to the sealing position. Select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' setting and set the timer for 5 minutes on high pressure. Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure. Carefully strain the ginger ale mixture to remove ginger pieces, using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Allow the ginger ale to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate the ginger ale for at least 2 hours or until chilled. Serve the homemade ginger ale over ice, topped with club soda. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!

Cook Time: 5 minutes
